you read the reviews people have left for me, you will see that my biggest problem is answering the phone.
There are many reasons for this.
1.Often
I am using both hands to repair a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer or
Dishwasher while in a customers house and I simply can't answer the
phone.
2.
I am of the old school and I still believe that when I am talking to
a customer who is paying for my time, I have no right to be on the
phone to someone else.
3.
I cover a large part of the Lough Neagh Shore, where Vodafone service
is very poor, often your call will get diverted straight to my voice
mail service.
4 Rather than leave me a voicemail, it is better to hang up and try calling me back later.
